Small gear deserves serious protection. This mini hard-shell case is 3D printed in-house at PosterBay MakerHub and built to keep flash drives, memory cards, SIM tools, earbuds and other pocket-sized essentials safe in a backpack, camera bag, glovebox or toolbox.
The rigid outer shell resists knocks and crushing, while the die-cut foam insert cradles your device and stops it rattling around in transit. A stretch band holds the contents in place so nothing shifts when the case is opened upside down. The hinged lid runs on steel pins for a smooth, repeatable action, and the screw-down latch clamps the lid shut with a firm seal that keeps out dust, lint and everyday splashes.
Because every case is printed to order, you skip the shrink-wrapped mass-market compromise: sizes, colours and custom foam cutouts can be produced in small batches for studios, repair shops, drone pilots, photographers and startups shipping hardware samples to clients.
